The hotel is nice, and has free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. The friendly staff even helped me with plug adaptors on my first stay. Highly recommended! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Bad internet on the 5th floor

The location

The room was dirty and it smelled like alcohol- apparently ventilation system is not working properly. Some of the staff was not too helpful. In overall, not really good value for the price paid.

Room smelled horribly so had to change. Person at front desk was very rude.

The thin walls. The loud neighbours. There should be posters in the room telling visitors to be QUIET in the night.

No air conditioner...had only 1 small non-oscilating fan...positioned across room from outside door...couldn't even reposition fan still there was only 1 electrical outlet. Poor lighting. Only 1 chair (the one to the desk) to sit on. Doors to hotel and elevators very heavy with no ability to keep open for luggage transfer. No one available to assist with luggage transfer. Hotel was greatly overpriced for what it had to offer. Would not recommend it.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Came here for 3 days, the hotel was excellent modern and good standard, it had perfect location really close to the centre of Copenhagen and bus/train stations. Standard room in 3 single beds was the best. The breakfast was good value for money, the check in was friendly. Could leave our car nearby.

Hotel is located in the city center, in five minutes' walk from the Central Station and the City Hall. At the same time, the place is not noisy. The hotel is reasonably prices and the breakfast is very good. The room was clean and the TV worked well. The Internet connection is available both in the room and at the reception

The staff was sometimes absent from the reception and there was no bell to call them. Fortunately, we were in no hurry.

Room was a little outdated and shabby, poor internet connection, standard of breakfast could have been better.

The breakfast was very good and the bedrooms are quite spacious.

The hotel is in a good position from which to explore Copenhagen. It is about 5-10 minutes walk from Central Station (even with luggage in tow). Staff spoke good English and were helpful. The Tourist Information Centre, Hop-on-Hop-Off bus, Oersted Park, lakes and City Hall were all within walking distance. Breakfast has a great buffet!

The hotel restaurant is only available at breakfast. We had a very wet day in Copenhagen and hoped not to have to go out again in the evening to dine. Fortunately, the rain had eased off and the walk to the station and shops etc was pleasant.
